"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive." Trados can't connect to internet

Dear All,

One of our translators is using Windows 10 and started to receive the above message when trying to connect to WorldServer using a custom plugin.

The message is also received if you try to de-activate Trados license.

Out of 100s of translators this is the only person having this problem.

I have done TeamViewer, installed various Microsoft Studio C++ versions, as well as updated her Trados to Trados 2017 14.1.10017.54688. This is the version all of us are using.

I tried to de-activate firewall, antivirus no change.

Renamed the Trados preferences folder under appdata, no change.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm providing error details attached.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Charlie
