Although I have been using Trados for more than 10 years, this is my first question in this forum. I have recently updated to the 2022 SDL Studio version and I cannot create new customers when I create a new project. The OK button is greyed out even after I type the name of the customer and the e-mail address. Can you help, please?

Excellent... and nice to see you here! I have moved your post to a better forum for this question. The "Community Help" forum is really for users looking for help with the community platform itself. If you look at the menus at the top you'll see that we do have forums for all the products:
I'm not aware of any specific action you need to carry out, but perhaps you can check and see if you can create a customer under File -> Setup -> Customers before you create a project and see if this triggers the feature for you?
