Well, that is strange. Could you check in the folder, where you received the package, if the file has not been accidentally deleted?

Should the file be there, kill Studio using task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC), restart your PC. If you cannot continue working with this package for any reasons, DO NOT overwrite the package! Remove the package from the list in Studio by right clicking it. Then create a NEW empty folder, receive the customer package again there. Then copy the TM from the folder of the previous package to the folder of the new package, overwriting the original TM there. This way you will have all your translations at hand and can pretranslate the file before you start.

  • Hello Jerzy,

    Just as an update.

I didn't manage to fix the problems.

However, after pressing Save several times the errors no longer appeared and I was able to save the xliff and export it.

I wasn't able to export it as rtf for review.

O have informed the client and I am waiting for its feedback.

    Kind regards

    William
