Error message 'Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created'

Question

I have SDL Trados Studio 2017. I am getting the error message 'Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created' when trying to open packages or files sent by clients. I changed the file name to 'old' in my C drive, but the problem continues. I am able to create new projects and open old projects, but not open projects that clients send me. Can you please let me know what I need to do do to correct the problem?

you could try to unzip the package (eventually needs replacing file extension sdlrpx by zip), then open sdlproj file
