Do you store your files in a Cloud? Do you use Grammar Checker?
What are the specs of your PC?

Hi,
I save my files on my OneDrive. Yes, I use MS Word grammar checker (I recently set MS Word Grammar checker - Let me remove it and see if it improves speed.).
My PC spec is briefly 16GB memory, intel i7 Core CPU.
Hi George,
Good news.
After removing MS Word grammar checker, the speed (Ctrl + Enter) comes back and no more hangs.
Thank you for your advice.
Sunny
Storing files in a continuously synchronized cloud and working on these files in Studio at the same time is the worst idea you could have. Store your files locally on a HDD (NOT on c:!), then synchronize this folder once a day with your cloud. That will give you the safety of having backup and avoid creating problems.
MS Word Grammar Checker dramatically slows down the confirming of segments. Switch off the verification on confirmation and verify after having translated the whole document. Otherwise you will have to live with this long waiting between segments.

Jerzy, Sorry I misspelled your name.
Thank you again.
You do not need to remove MS Grammar Checker, only change the settings there not to check segments after confirming. Then you can check grammar at the end of the translation process. Also take a look into Language Terminal–I do not know, if your languages are supported, but if yes, this tool is far superior to MS Grammar Checker. If you wish to use it, you need the LanguageTool plugin from the private appstore.

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll look into if the "Language Terminal" support Korean grammar check.
Hi Jerzy,
FYI.
Paul the expert of Trados explored and kindly informed me that Language Terminal didn't support Korean grammar check.
He sent me Hunspell checker file yesterday, I am in the middle of testing if it works, but I found that it doesn't work for now.
It seems that Korean grammar checking should rely on 'Hangul Word' separately out of Trados Studio in order to get 100% strict spelling check compliance.
Best regards,
Sunny
