Can't open Trados 2019 due to "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object"

Question

I can't open my Trados Studio 2019. As soon as I try to open it, I get the error message "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object". I tried repairing Trados from the Control Panel, I tried uninstall and install again, and nothing helps, I still can't open my Trados Studio. I've been using it for years and this is the first time I get this error at the very moment I try to open it. Can you please help me? 
 This questions was in the forum about 7 months ago, but the answer was sent to the requester's email. Would you please help me with the same problem?
