I have a licence for Trados 22 on a Mac emulator. I have just tried to open Trados and it has presented this error message which, when I try to close it, shuts down the programme. I have tried resetting my licence but the error message keeps appearing: 'The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters or an illegal character among the padding characters'. Any advice or support gratefully received, thanks.
