When clicking “Ctrl+Enter” to qualify the segment, the SDL Trados 2021 SR2 was closed automatically, and a message window of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" did pop up.
I don't know what happened.

When it comes to your QA settings, are you using Regular Expressions?
