Probably two other plugins:

Post-Edit Compare: https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/15

Both of them will record time and a lot more.  Qualitivity can get deep into key tracking and allow you to se how long in each segment, your movement up and down the document, whether you post-edit effectively etc.

Post-Edit Compare is probably the more practical, allowing you to compare versions or projects/file for changes as well as tracking the time you spend on projects.  You can also put a monetary value to it.

Actually, after having a look at both I can't seem to get the information I'm looking for.

Post-Edit Compare doesn't seem to record any time at all, maybe I'm missing something obvious. Qualitivity does record time information, but I haven't found an option to generate a report that tells me the total time spent on each Match category. 

Specifically what I'm looking for is to get the "Words per hour" for each match rate, something like this:

You're right!  I cannot recall if we removed it or if it wasn't there at all... bee a while since we looked at this in detail.

Qualitivity is probably the way to go.  Since it records so much data I think we looked at including a few basic reports and then enabled a dump of everything that can be recorded to Excel so you are free to create whatever you wanted.  It really is more an academic tool in my opinion even though it does offer many production features of considerable value.  This article might help, especially the last video : http://multifarious.filkin.com/2015/06/16/qualitivity/
