Update from bilingual review without error message does not work

Hi everyone, I'm working with Trados 2019 and the batch function "update from bilingual review" does not work at all. I've already followed these guidelines gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge, but sdl trados just do not import the changes without giving any error message, can anyone help?

    Just to confirm, your trying to import a docx file that has been reviewed back into your project?

    I find issues are typically related to either:

    1. Mapping current SDLXLIFF file version to the reviewed docx file

    2. Nature of the revisions made

    This can be a big topic, but there are times I have seen changes made in the target column (including source column) that simply go beyond a linguistic review.
    Example structural changes.

    If you like you can share your sdlxliff file and your reviewed file to help troubleshoot if these 2 points dont seem valid

    Please find attached the reviewed file and the original sdxiliff. Actually in this case many translations were missing so had to be added but no change was made in terms of format. Anyway I did many other tests and the results it's always the same, the software just do not see any change
