It may be an encoding problem which can happen to files, especially if they go via a non-windows computer for example.  If you can share the TMX we might be able to suggest something?  You can send it to pfilkin at rws dotcom if its ok?

Hi Paul, thanks for your reply, my apologies for forgetting to revert to you: in the meantime, I simply shut down Studio and reopened it again, and the problem solved itself!
