Adding IATE Real-Time Terminology provider during project creation is causing crash for Trados Studio 2021 SR2 CU12 and Trados Studio 2022

When creating a new local project in Studio 2021 SR2 CU10-12 or Trados Studio 2022 and at the stage for "Terminology", you select the IATE Real-Time Terminology Provider.

The dialog appears where you can select domains etc. (for the error you do not need even to select anything) and then press OK.

Studio is crashing/closing with the error message:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Attempt to uninstall, clear/delete the folders and reinstall was already done but the problem persists.

What is interesting, creating the project first without adding IATE and just add it after the project is create seems to work just fine. However, not really ideal.

Can someone look into this please?

Cheers

Richard
