I started working on a file now but I couldn't find my previous projects and Trados doesn't seem to be accessing translation memories.
I just updated OneDrive and downloaded Office. Could this be the reason?
I am trying to work on a file that usually has around 40% common text, but now it doesn't seem to see the memories.

OneDrive could be a culprit here. I would recommend keeping your projects and resources in a location of your hard drive that is not managed by OneDrive.
