I've just deactivated Studio 2019 on my old PC and now I want to reactivate my licence on the new PC. Unfortunately, the licence seems to be still acticve on my account, and therefore I cannot reactivate it on my new PC. What can I do?

I've just deactivated Studio 2019 on my old PC and now I want to reactivate my licence on the new PC. Unfortunately, the licence seems to be still acticve on my account, and therefore I cannot reactivate it on my new PC. What can I do?
