Hello,
I try to translate PDFS and get an error message : erreur inconnue trados -1365869944 when I load the documents.
Does anyone has an idea how to solve the problem ?

Try looking in the source language folder for your project. You should see a DOCX file in there if Studio has managed to convert the PDF already. Copy the DOCX to another folder, open it, tidy it up, and then translate the DOCX instead of the PDF.
