Hi, thanks for replying. I still have the issue. I have restarted my PC and still have the problem.
PS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bit, 32gb RAM) with Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338
I see, thank you. What are your settings in the integrated part of the appstore, inside Studio?
If the URL points to private appstore, try the following: uncheck the repository URL and "private Appstore" box, and check the "Appstore", so basically change the settings to point directly to the official webpage.
