Hi all,
I received an email from RWS some days ago informing that technical assistance and engineering services for Trados Studio 2029 will end on 31 December 2022.
I have a Trados 2019 licence and have had issues in the past and had to request reset of my licence. I'm worried that reset or reactivation will not be possible after 31 December 2022.
Can please anyone confirm if this will still be possible if I have any issues with my licence after that date?

You can reset yourself. This is possible for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Yes it will. Technically we still have the ability to carry out the reset for this version (and the ones mentioned above) so if you have problems we'll be happy to help.
