Trados Studio 2022 professional licence. Impossible to deactivate licence. Error message "There are multiple instances of this application running"
I'm switching on a new computer and when I try to deactivate my micence on the olde computer I have the following message:
"There are multiple instances of this application running".
Can someone help me with this, please?
