The 2021 license doesn`t exist anymore as it has been upgraded to 2022, hence the error message.
If you want to use Studio 2021 you need to install Studio 2022 and activate it on the same computer. More details in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032841

Thanks Sorin. I did as you said, Trados 2022 installed. Tried to deactivate again and I get another error message now...
Problem solved. Did an offline deactivation. Would have probably worked with Trados 2021.
