I currently working on a GS project to which I added my own TMs. But every time when I want to search these TMs, there are not attached to the project anymore. Has this been blocked by the creator of the GS project? Is there any possibility to prevent this?

I guess the TMs you added were file-based TMs located on your PC. This works fine as long as you have the GS project open in Studio.
However, this setting is not synchronized with the server. This means that when you move to another project and come back later or if you remove the project from the list and reopen it from the GS server, these local TMs will not show up anymore in the Project Settings. You'll have to add them again.
This is standard behavior as the GS project settings do not include file-based TMs.
