I'm using Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.4.13209. Some segments of a document appear in Greek characters. I tried to play with Font Adaptation in File/Options/Editor but it didn't help.

I'm going to guess that this is related to font support first of all as I know this displays correctly for you in an older version of Studio. If your older version is on the same computer then maybe try a couple of things... first try adapting the fonts for the language you are working with:
Second, try changing the formatting display style to not show formatting at all:
If you are using a different computer then make sure that the font being used in the document you are translating is also installed in your version of windows.
