Not able to connect licensing server

Hello

I am not able to connect license server. I can able to ping the IP but shows error when connecting through Trados

Version: Trados Studio 2021

Screen shot attachedTrados Studio 2021 Product Activation window showing an error message 'Cannot connect to the license server. Check that you have entered the correct license server name and that you have network access. Error Details: No connection to 192.168.0.197'..
