There may be several reasons for this to happen. One is that the SDLXLIFF file has been modified after you created the Export for bilingual revision, so make sure this was not the case.
Another one is that the person who did the review has deleted or moved some tags or uses a version of Word that is incompatible with your Studio instance.
Studio 2017 is quite old and not supported anymore. Have you ever thought about upgrading?
