Not all text is readable in editor

Question

I am translating a word document with figures and pictures. Not all text is converted in the xliff file. 
 
 Is there some setting to adjust so all the images are readable for the target file?

Hi Nikoloz Jashi , 
 If your document includes pictures, this information will be hidden and does not appear as such in the source segment. However, it will appear in the target document, as it is copied across automatically.

It is represented by a tag. You can see this, if you go to Review tab, and select to filter to show all content:
