Trados Studio 2019 plugin database file not accessible on network path

Question

Hello, we are using SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007 on Windows 10 22H2. We cannot start Trados Studio 2019 if the "Qualitivity" plugin is installed. The database files are created in the "Documents" folder, which is a network path. According to the following, the error can be caused by a bug in sqlite3: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038037 We cannot change the documents folder to a local path. What else can we do? This is the error message: Failed to initialize view 'QualitivityViewController'. Hi Daniel Meyrath , I have updated the RWS Community repositories for 2019 and 2021 with the same fix that I applied to 2022. The release versions are v.4.1.6.0 (Studio 2021 SR2 CU12) and v.3.1.5.0 (Studio 2019 SR2 CU8). The plugins are currently in QA so might be a few days before it is officially released on the AppStore. 
 If you need them stright away, then you can pull down the latest source code from the RWS Community for 2021 or 2019 and compile a version on your local machine.

Hi Daniel Meyrath , I have prepared a new release of Qualitivity with changes that should unblock your team in overriding the default system paths that users don't have authorization to access from your domain. The release version is 5.1.6.0 (Studio 2022); it's currently in QA so might be a few days before it is officially released on the AppStore. The changes I have applied are only applicable for the version that supports Trados Studio 2022, so if you need these changes applied to an earlier release of Trados Studio, then I suggest to review the commits that I have applied (underneath) and apply them to the specific version you are working with (e.g. Trados Studio 2021, 2019 etc...). All of the source code is available from the Github, RWS community, github.com/.../Sdl-Community Updates: Enable user to override the default system paths for MyDocument & ApplicationData from a configuration file. Removed 'Sdl.Community.' from the assembly output names. The configuration file enables the user to override the default system paths for MyDocumentsPath & ApplicationDataPath Note: It is possible to specify the same folder for both.  We are aware Qualitivity plugin is under assessment by the appstore team and will be solved shortly. But this is for Studio 2022. 
 I assume you're referring to the plugin compatible with Studio 2019? 
 You should be able to remove it from these paths, then see if the issue is still there: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\ c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\
