question to word count

Question

I am a freelance translator. 
 I'm using the free version of Trados, but I have a question, so I'm asking for help. 
 When calculating the number of characters in a file, the result value for % is 0 as shown in the figure. 
 The number of characters in the file is 443042, but similar results are coming out as 0. 
 If you look at the actual file contents, it is not. Please let me know what could be the reason for this. 
 Plz reply ASAP.

 It's a bit hard to answer this without seeing your file and your TM. But if I was to guess I think the results are showing against repetitions and new which suggests you are not analysing against a TM and there is just a lot of repetitive content in your file.
