Problem with SDLXLIFF file

Hello, I'm an absolute beginner to Trados Studio so I'm pretty inexperienced.

I finished translating my Word file, now my professor want me to send her the SDLXLIFF file as well as the docx file. Where can I find these? Where should I go to download them? I don't understand in which folder the XDLXLIFF file was saved.

I hope you can help me

You should really spend a little time learning the basics to answer a question like this.  I recommend you read the "Project Management" guide in the "Get Started" tab of the "Welcome" view in Studio:

Trados Studio screenshot showing the 'Welcome' view with the 'Get Started' tab selected. A red arrow points to the 'Project Management' guide under 'Quick Start Guides'.

When o create a project in Studio the Word file is converted to an SDLXLIFF file and saved in the project folder.  In that project folder you'll find the source language folder will contain the converted SDLXLIFF and the target language folder will contain the translated SDLXLIFF.

When you save your target file (your translated Word file) it will also be saved in the target language folder... unless you tell Studio to put it somewhere else.

That should be more than enough information to point you in the right direction.
