Hi Paul, I've tried this several times, but it did not work for me.
Any other tips? I need this file type a lot and I have to open an older file version of InDesign to save it down to a lower version to make that work.

Hi Paul,
Kind of you to get back to me. I just tried changing the settings in the project itself and it worked miraculously!
I had been clicking on "Process unsupported file versions" in the Studio options (which didn't work) but in the project itself. That worked. It wasn't clear (to me) that there are two different levels.
So my problem has been solved!
