After I convert an Excel term base file into the Trados term base file via Glossary Converter, I can't find ".sdltb" file. I can find only ".output.xlsx" and ".output.xlsx.log" files. So I can't use the converted term base.

You probably did not set the right option. You need to make sure that your output is set to "Termbase" as shown here:
You can check that this has been done by looking at the extension shown in the "Out" box:
