"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error while attempting to open a translation memory on a groupshare server

Question

Hello, 
 A client sent me a project via GroupShare. When I opened the project, the translation memory was deactivated. When I tried to select the TM, I had this error message:

I tried to: -restart Trados Studio -fail 
 -close/open the project -restart my computer -fail -desinstall/reinstall Trados Studio -fail 
 -deactivate all pluggins - fail -open the TM with the Translation Memory display. It worked (to my surprise) 
 -open another TM on my computer in a different project- it worked 
 No other idea on my side.
