Create WorldServer Return Package

Question

I just upgraded to Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.5.14757. 
 I used "Create WorldServer Return Package" to import my work back to WorldServer. 
 However, no translation was imported even though the return package was imported successfully. 
 I have been using this feature for many years with no issue. 
 I wonder if this issue is caused by Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.5.14757. 
 Could anyone help with me?

Ricky Lee In the meantime, we confirm that the issue happens under these conditions: 
 1- the WSXZ packages are exported from project files segmented with Idiom/Legacy filters and not with Studio file types. 
 This type of WSXZ packages contain an XLF file, while packages exported from WorldServer project files contain SDLXLIFF files.  2- The Trados Studio version used is Trados Studio 2022 CU5 (17.0.5.14757). The issue does not happen in earlier Studio 2022 versions/updates. The WorldServer components version is irrelevant as it is the same as for earlier Studio 2022 versions. 
 The issue does not happen when using Studio File Types to segment files in WorldServer (Idiom filters are still available, but deprecated) and when using Studio 2021 or Studio 2022 up to CU4.

 Thank you. I have discussed briefly with the technical support team who have seen just one other case similar to this and it may be that the WorldServer customer may be using a deprecated filter. If this is the case they will need to update their filter. There probably isn't anything you can do yourself here, other than ask them to log a case so our technical support team can help identify the issue, or just send them the translated sdlxliff files and they should be able to work with them to get the translations. Although they could already d that if they thought about it.
