In Trados Studio Freelance 2022, is there a limit to the number of activations/deactivations between 2 PCs?

 I own a license for Trados Studio Freelance 2022 that I intend to use alternately in my PC and in my laptop. I asked via chat if there was a limit of activations/deactivations, and I was said that there is a limit of 3 deactivations/activations in a 12-month period, because these are considered resets. Is this true? I was also told that once used the 3 activations/deactivations, I should ask the resets to the Support team.
