SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freeze - "Find" Feature

Question

Hi, I used the latest SDL Trados Studio 2015 version (version 12.0.4811.0). It froze every time I use the "find" feature and I can't even close it. Now, I got 4 SDL Trados Studio 2015 tabs opened. 
 Hopefully you guys can fix it.

Hi Maz, 
 Looks like you have Studio open twice (with Find open on each) and maybe your system can't cope with that. 
 Use Task Manager > End task to close it if it has frozen (via Ctrl+Alt+Del). 
 Then restart your system and see if it runs smoothly after that. 
 If not, contact sdl live chat who should be able to talk you through solving whatever is causing this issue.

Sadly Ali doesn't work for SDL (I wish she did :-)), so she was just being helpful. I think she was right though and you should be able to close these processes vai the task manager. Can you provide the steps you are going through when this freezes so I can try to reproduce the problem and see if there is an easy wasy to solve it for you. I don't think there is anything here for SDL to fix either at the moment... if there was you can be sure you wouldn't be the only one with this issue. 
 
Can we proceed along these lines for now and see where we get?
