When you click on that "Send Package by Email", as you know it launches your email provider and an email address is automatically assigned.
If you see in my screen print it shows test@rws.com
It picks this email address up, from whom ever you assigned the package task to and you can review the associated email by clicking on users
Or via File - Setup - Users
