Hello,
I recently installed Trados 2021 and I get the error "Failed to save report" when trying to save a report in xls. I reviewed all topics on that matter, but the solutions offered did not help (I do not have a Foxit reader installed or something). I attach the error details. My version of Windows is 10. Please, help me find a solution to this problem. Thank you.

I 'm sorry for delay in reply after 8 days.
I have tried your solution, changded the default input language to English (United States), restart Trados Studio. But I still can't save the report in Excel format.
