How can I change the background colour of Term Recognition window in Studio 2022?

I don't believe you can. The controls for customising the look and feel of Studio are very limited and mostly effect the editing environment for translation. Best advice I can give you is to vote for one of the existing ideas in the ideas site or create one of your own if you can't find one related to your needs: Trados Studio Ideas
