Not too hard... just open your termbase in Multiterm and then:

1. Click on "Termbase Management"
2. Click on "Reorganize"

That's it.

Is there anyway I can do this without Multiterm?

No.

I have reorganized the database of a glossary and the process is quite simple, however, there is a second database glossary contained in a different file and Multiterm closes unexpectedly, so I cannot reorganize this particular glossary because Multiterm fails and cannot complete its job. It does not seems to be very stable as Trados is.

So, at this point, due Multiterm is failing how may I reorganize this glossary without Multiterm?

I would appreciate alternative ways to solve this problem, considering the software is failing constantly.

Perhaps exporting the glossary to Excel and from Excel creating a brand new glossary?

As nobody answer, I will report what I have detected in Multiterm.

Multiterm crashs, when it loads a glossary stored in an external USB hard drive. When the glossary is stored in the internal C: hard drive, Multiterm works okay.

In my opinion, this is not acceptable.

Trados is quite robust, almost never closes unexpectedly, but this is not happening with Multiterm.

I hope RWS crash test it, in order to provide a solid piece of software, robust like.
