Hi, I have a new computer. I deactivated my Trados 2021 licence after a backup from the old one and activated it on the new one. So far so good. But, I don't manage to change the user's profile. I select the SDLPROFILE document that I have from the backup. Trados says the import is done, However I see NONE of my projects... How can I do to get them back? Thanks !

I guess the user profile only provides all the personal adjustments you made to the default settings, e.g. under file > options.
To have your projects again in your project list simply browse the storage location, e.g. C:\User_name\Documents\Studio 20xx\Projects, and double click the project folder. It then should reappear in the list.

Thanks for your reply. I manage to open my projects this way, but I can't open my termbases or when I do they are empty though they were not. Well, I am a newbie, so it is not too bad. It is not like if I had worked tons of hours on these bases. It is a pity though that I don't find the reason why it went this way.
Alright, at least one step further, though.
Where did you store your termbases? If you browse them and open them in MultiTerm, are they empty, too?
If not, it might be an option to reintegrate them through your project settings. Just select your project and click "Project Settings" in the upper left corner. Then go to Language Pairs > All Languages OR specific language pair > Termbases > Use > and browse for your TB.
If there is already one integrated in the project, maybe select it and "remove" it beforehand.
I have tried with MultiTerm and it worked. :-)
