Actually nothing special, just start translation and next time I open or, sometime at the first open it pops up.
Do you want me to share the file to investigate?
Have you got any tool, like CCleaner, erasing files in the Temp folder? If so, you need to disable it somehow.

I have only Kaspersky antivirus but never run CCleaner intentionally.
Could you please advise what steps to take, search for antivirus and windows autocleaning functionality ?
Go to configuration of your antivirus and switch of any temp files cleaning there.
Use Google for "How do I stop Kaspersky from deleting files?"
This can also happen, when the source file is bigger than 20 MB. In this case you need to change the file type setting for sdlxliff files within your project settings.
