Could you elaborate? Please check that the termbase is added to your project. Sometimes, reorganizing the termbase solves this issue (this is done in MultiTerm). If nothing works, screen-shots would be helpful to guess what is going on here.

This may be because you select the Source language instead of Target one in Files view:

In this case, my Batch Tasks is empty as well if I don't select any file on the right pane:
