When I tried to download the latest Adobe Illustrator Sysfilter settings from the RWS App Store, I got redirected to the vendor's landing page.
Does anybody happen to know where I can find them?

The download you clicked was to purchase the software but I'm sure there will be a manual made available with the purchase that explains how to handle the export formats (xml or docx). If you mised the manual you can also find it by using the support link on the appstore. There you will see a downloads link and in there all the manuals for all their products are available.
The xml settings file looks fairly trivial to create as everything is n the <text> element. Chapter 7 of the manual seems to explain this fairly well.

Thanks for the clarification. I assumed that the App Store links would download a file type plugin or custom file type settings that would need to be installed in addition to the actual AI plugin. (The vendor provides download links for the previous version but not for the latest one.)
Understood. I think the description is clear though as this is a paid app. We don't provide anything for this solution at all, it's all through Polmann.

Can you clarify this? I thought "Sysfilter for Illustrator® CC 2020 - 2023" was the latest one and the download goes there.

Both RWS App Store links are now re-directed to the latest Sysfilter version. Maybe the vendor updated their website.
The vendor has also finally added a download link for the latest settings file, including a sample .xml file for testing:
