Question

During installation of Passolo 2022, Avira Antivir put all Passolo files AND all Trados 2022 files into quarantine and refused to cancel this. Result is that I cannot use or install Trados 2022 again. No way to undo this thing in Avira, hence I uninstalled it. Am told that I cannot install the latest version of Trados 2022 without removing the previous version. The previous version, however, does not exist on the computer anymore. Any idea of what could be blocking? Do I need to edit Registry? or....

Client did not respond and I have achieved this case. Sent client this information: Stop Avira while you install Passolo and Trados Studio and try to install this way. If the antivirus still stops the installation please uninstall Avira from Control Panel and you can install it again after the installation of Passolo is done.
