Files progress and SDLPPX handover

Question

Hi there, 
 I'm new to Trados and I'm experiencing some problems&hellip; 
 -I've been sent a project SDLPPX with 6 files. I've translated and confirmed every segment but in 3 of these files it just show a 98% and 99% progress. What went wrong? There is nothing else to translate! 
 -Once I've sorted out this issue I would like to know how should I send back the project&hellip; Do I have to finalise it?Export it? Or create a return package? The agency sent me the file as SLDPPX and I think I need to send it back in the same way&hellip;

The difference may be due to locked segments, which are not counted. You can use the Display Filter to check that you have no untranslated or unconfirmed segments. If everything is OK, don't worry about the percentage. 
 
If you received a package (SDLPPX), then you'll have to send back a "Return package" (SDLRPX. You create very easily by right-clicking on the project in the project list and selecting "Create Return Package".
