I can't access Licenses on my RWS account - URGENT

Hi,

I had to reset my computer and download Trados again but I can't acces the Licenses page in my RWS account (https://oos.sdl.com/). I get the error below:

Error message on RWS account Licenses page stating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to email support and try reloading the page.

Could someone please help, I don't know what to do!
