Trados Studio 2019 not able to set in correct times/dates

Question

Hello! 
 I have used Trados in almost 8 years and have had the same problem just in different documents. I translate a lot of documents that are almost the same, only the date and time is different. Trados recognizes these segments as 80% match, is a lot of times able to set inn the right date (pic below) but NOT the time, something I have to do myself for each time - extremely irritating. What is wrong in my settings? The program is able to edit much more complicated sentences and put them together in sentences that perfectly make sense, but not the times, sometimes it has also problem to set in the right date. This segment have I translatet 10000 +++ times and time is never filled in correctly. 
 Can I change something in my settings to make it work? or to enhance Trados interactive editing abilites in generall?

Here is another example, date nr. 2 has been changed but not date nr. 1. I simply dont understand WHY???

 I had a quick play in 2021 like this: 
 
 I used new TM and as you can see everything works fine. I'm also using default settings. So this tells me first of all that your content (based on me retyping it in) is working fine. 
 I think the fact you are getting multiple results in your TM is also telling and maybe points towards you not having the correct date/time recognition settings configured. Can you try opening on of these files and add a brand new empty TM? See if this allows you to get better results for a text similar to the one I did. Here's the text in case you want to try it:

 Might be due to me using a different target language to you, or down to the settings in your language resources for thousands and decimal separators. Try fiddling with your language resources and maybe also here:

 Yes. Don't confuse AT with machine translation. AT stands for Automated Translation is the automatic handling of recognizable placeables by your TM. Machine traslation would say NMT.

 Yes... my bad. For some stupid reason I had in my head you were on 2021. But I see now you're not! The controls for these sorts of things radically improved in 2021 and in 2022.

 In 2019 AT might be used for machine translation as well... I don't recall. In 2021 and 2022 it changed to the behaviour I described. However, it is still AT because it comes from your TM in this case. Once you have a segment containing this text in your TM you will not see AT again. It's only there when the TM knows (or thinks it knows) how to handle the content the first time it sees it.
