Termbase viewer and term recognition shows new termbase entries with a delay

Hi! 
 I am using SDL Trados 2022 17.0.2.11672 in Windows 10 Home 64-bit 21H2 19044.2251 via Virtualbox 7. 
 During translating, term recognition does not show i.e. recognise newly added terms when I move between segments for about 5-10 minutes. 
 Newly added term(s) are not viewable in termbase viewer too. Term recognition recognises these after about 10-15 minutes, these become viewable in termbase viewer later. 
 When I try to add the same term again to the active termbase, Trados shows this: "Duplicate The term you are trying to add already exists".

 Perhaps this is related to the use of Lookahead? Try disabling it: 
 
 Lookahead caches segments for faster recover, but the penalty you pay for this is newly added terms won't be found until the cache clears.
