I am an apprentice at a big company that has a translation service, and the team is using Trados. They taught me how to align files. When I align two files, I always open the TM associated to the project, then the source file and the target file, I do my alignment, and when I'm done, I save it.
However, I can NEVER open the alignment file after I closed Trados, because I get an error message that says "Could not find a part of the path "Name_of_the_file". And then, another error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

This makes no sense to me because I don't see any problem, I have the TM, the target file, the source file, everything works fine. And yet, I can never open the alignment file...
