If you don't then please explain your problems in this forum:  2. Licensing and Installation 

If you do that then we will try to help you in that forum and if we can't then we can convert it to a support ticket so a support engineer can take a look.  When you post pleas make sure you don't provide any personal detail, or activation codes etc.  We know who you are and have these details already... just explain the problem!
