Is it possible to make a character style translatable inside an untranslatable paragraph style?
In my particular case, all these segments are preceded by "//" or "///".
The idea is to translate only the comments inside a programming code.

Possibly not... simply because I think Microsoft Word won't allow you to have a different style inside the same paragraph.
Perhaps the better way to prepare files like this would be to simply hide all the paragraphs you want to be untranslatable and then unhide the bits you want to keep. So if I have this:
