Unfortunately, Office 2010 is not supported from CU 5 (cumulative upadate 5 of Trados Studio 2022). I had the same problem.
If you use Office 2010, install CU 4 of Studio and never update it. Or install Office 2016 at least and you can upgrade Studio.
